Diet Day 4-2/14

Hi guys! Good morning to you all and HAPPY VALENTINE'S Day! I don't have a loss to report, nor a gain so I count that as a blessing! :) I'm waking up feeling less like a slug and more like a human. My stomach feels better in general. I won't go into the gorey, gross details but for a few months there I was always waking up in the middle of the night with a stomach ache. I haven't had one since I started LC'ing. Yay!

I won't post my ticker, since there wasn't a change, but I'm still going to post my goals for today.

Goals:

• drink 128oz of water
• watch portions (this is probably why i didn't lose anything)
• 10 minutes of activity (at least)

Diet Day 3-2/13

I became a bottomless pit yesterday! I could not get enough food! Seriously! I was told it was my body basically detoxing from carbs and sugars, so I just ate. I ate everything that was "legal" and drank lots of water! I didn't lose a lot but I'm down 0.5 lbs! I wasn't even thinking I'd lose that so YAY!


Diet Goals for Today:

• drink my 128oz of water
• 10 minutes of exercises

Diet Day 2-2/12

Yay! I did it! I stayed on plan, ate all "legal" foods. I drank like 128 oz. of water. I am on track! And the beauty of it is

TADA! I lost 2lbs. I know it's water weight, but seeing the scale budge DOWN is pretty nice motivation.

Goals for Today:

• drink as much water as yesterday
• watch salt intake
• get at least 10minutes of exercise.

First Day Of Diet-2/11

I am starting my diet today. It's something I've been planning on doing but have been too lazy to start. So here goes. Today is the day! :) I'm going low carb. It's worked for me in the past and I honestly feel better eating this way. My brain is sharper, my energy levels raise, and I lose weight. My big problem is that I'm just lazy. I'm not the greatest cook and I get tired of cooking very quickly. This is usually why I "fall off the wagon."

Why am I posting this on my blog? Accountability. I'm also wondering if there are others starting diets or are currently dieting? We could buddy up and help each other out?
