Lookit! I'm down 4lbs! Yesterday was rough, but I managed to keep on plan and stay on track! We got a bit crazy and had drinks...okay LOTS of drinks, but it was vodka and diet coke for me. I didn't snack and I kept control over myself! I was sure I would wake up without a loss or with a gain! But I didn't! I just woke up with a hangover. lol Not fun at all!
So today I'm not setting any particular goals. Just going to keep on how I have been. Water and good foods.
