Diet Day 2-2/12

Yay! I did it! I stayed on plan, ate all "legal" foods. I drank like 128 oz. of water. I am on track! And the beauty of it is

TADA! I lost 2lbs. I know it's water weight, but seeing the scale budge DOWN is pretty nice motivation.

Goals for Today:
  • drink as much water as yesterday
  • watch salt intake
  • get at least 10minutes of exercise.
