I became a bottomless pit yesterday! I could not get enough food! Seriously! I was told it was my body basically detoxing from carbs and sugars, so I just ate. I ate everything that was "legal" and drank lots of water! I didn't lose a lot but I'm down 0.5 lbs! I wasn't even thinking I'd lose that so YAY!
Diet Goals for Today:
- drink my 128oz of water
- 10 minutes of exercises
