My Review:
I read this book with my five year old son. He really loved the artwork found in the book. (Illustrations by Veronica Walsh) The story kept both of us entertained and made my son giggle. This was a cute story and a very good lesson in inclusion. There are only about 40 pages to this little book, but my son and I spent an hour or so looking at each drawing and talking about the book. He's asked me to read it to him about 5 more times since then, so I'd say it was a success, wouldn't you?
I'd definitely suggest this book for children ages 3-6 and especially children starting school. I think my son loved the message because he's just now learning how to interact with people that are different. Just like the nosy neighbors in the book!
